Introduction to Theology of the Body

What exactly is Theology of the Body?  Why should we not only study it, but apply it in our everyday lives?  Is it just another version of sex-ed?

Theology of the Body explores the ways in which we can view ourselves and others as the gift that God created. It allows us to see the goodness of our bodies, which includes the beauty of our masculinity and femininity.
